Shops, Duty-Free and Retail Outlets


Opposite the Central Restaurant food court are the second floor gift shop outlets, which have a variety of counters selling a selection of goods, ranging from local handicrafts to well-known labels. There is also a small gift shop on the first floor, near the curbside Check-in area. As BTR is a domestic airport, there is no duty-free shopping.

Bars, Cafés and Restaurants


All of BTR's restaurants and bars are located on the second floor of the atrium, where the large Central Restaurant food court offers a variety of food, from fast food to local and international dishes. The airport's bars and cafés are also incorporated into the Central Restaurant.

Currency Exchange, Communications and Banking Facilities


Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport has an ATM machine situated on the second floor and there is wireless Internet access across the terminal. The Business Center on the second floor can assist with last minute courier services.

Business and Conference Facilities


A comprehensive Business Center is located on the second floor between the smoking room and the restrooms, and it has facsimile machines, photocopiers, computers and printers. Behind the airport information counter on the first floor is a spacious conference room which can be fitted with the latest multimedia equipment. Catering services can also be arranged. All four airlines servicing the airport have lounges which offer business and conference options.

Disabled Facilities


Baton Rouge Metropolitan (BTR) fully complies with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. There is plenty of convenient handicapped parking located near to the terminal, with the airport accessed via walkways with ramps and railings. Inside the terminal, there are ramps, elevators, modified telephones and special toilets to cater to the needs of all disabled visitors.
